Job Purpose:
To perform field-based automotive sales activities by identifying and attracting new customers, engaging with individuals, companies, and institutions, understanding their needs, and offering suitable vehicles and automotive solutions. The role also aims to build sustainable customer relationships, achieve sales targets, increase revenue, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company’s market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective customers and conduct regular field visits.
Promote and sell vehicles to individuals, companies, and institutions.
Prepare quotations and explain vehicle specifications and after-sales services.
Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is completed.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales and visit reports and monitor market trends
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
Two to five years of field sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel and work in the field.
Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is an added advantage
