Job Purpose:
Supervise warehouse and logistics execution for food products and materials, ensuring stock accuracy, traceability, suitable storage and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise receipts and dispatches against approved documents; verify quantity, condition, batch and expiry data.
• Maintain storage segregation, hygiene and required conditions; apply FIFO or FEFO as appropriate to stock.
• Plan picking, loading and delivery priorities with Sales, Production and transport teams.
• Monitor ERP movements and conduct cycle counts; investigate stock differences and obtain adjustment approval.
• Control damaged, returned and held stock with Quality; maintain traceability and recall support records.
• Supervise staff and report inventory accuracy, losses, expiry risk and delivery performance.
• Follow approved procedures and safety and quality requirements; report hazards or nonconformities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, costs and productivity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics or Business.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervision; food handling experience is preferred.
• Professional communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Skills in inventory control, ERP, batch traceability, FEFO, dispatch planning and team supervision.
• Accuracy, integrity, teamwork and effective prioritization.
