Job purpose:
Drive direct sales of spare parts by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering excellent customer service. Build lasting customer relationships while ensuring accurate orders, timely parts availability, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities:
Sell spare parts directly to individuals, companies, and workshops, achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify customer requirements and recommend the correct parts based on vehicle or equipment specifications.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices; maintain accurate ERP records and follow up on orders and collections.

Coordinate with warehouse, workshop, and supply chain teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.

Develop customer relationships, attract new customers, and identify opportunities for additional sales.

Handle inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Follow approved pricing, discount, confidentiality, health, safety, and quality procedures, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.

2–5 years of experience in spare parts sales or a related field.

Experience in automotive, equipment, industrial, or workshop environments is preferred.

Good knowledge of spare parts, basic technical specifications, and inventory management.

Proficiency in ERP systems and sales applications, including preparation of quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Additional training in spare parts sales or customer service and experience in a multi-branch organization are advantages.
